Apartments.com should be set up = for the payments.  There are three =E2=80=A6. One is a deposit to secu= re occupancy-- due sometime in the next week, one is the balance of the sec= urity deposit --due upon move in, and one is the prorated first month=E2=80= =99s rent --also due upon move-in.  Then starting on July 1 it will be= regular rent every month.

We are having the interior of the garage painted this week to dr= ess it up a bit, then spray for bugs and ants, one last weed spray of the b= ack yard, carpets cleaned, then locks changed, and it will be ready for you= .

 

When we get closer, we will put a lock= box and give you the code.  Additional keys, garage remotes, mailbox k= ey, etc., will be on the kitchen counter.  There will also be on the c= ounter a printed move-in condition form to fill out to note things that nee= d to be noted.   Sometime when you are settled, we will have a me= et and greet and go over the move in form, water shutoff location, and any = other details.
