Hi Craig,

I am following up regarding the lease termination paperwork.  We will be
doing our final cleaning of the house on Dec 13th and will have it ready.
I will be leaving the morning of Dec 14th with our Uhaul, but Maya will be
available that day to do a final walkthrough and return the kerys.  Please
confirm that the 14th would work and what time works best for you.
