Hi Craig,

 

It was nice to talk with you this morning and the information you have
provided is very helpful, the inspection on your three 14th Street
properties has been completed and they are all in good shape and your
renters were all very helpful. I will use the 02/05/2024 as the (Date of
Death) in the reports, and an effective date of 03/18/2024. As per our
conversation we had earlier I have provided a combined invoice for you at a
rate of $2000 for the four appraisal assignments, if you could send over the
PDF Check that would be great and again I will not deposit that check until
all four appraisals have been delivered.
