<br>I spoke with Eric yesterday, the project manager from Fletcher Painting=
, and he wanted to let us all know that they get a long holiday weekend and=
 will not be back until Wednesday. He said they=E2=80=99re making progress =
on the last phase, however they have had a couple issues with vehicles not =
moved out of the driveway and backyards with so much dog poop that they can=
=E2=80=99t get back there to work.=20

<br>I=E2=80=99m sure we=E2=80=99ve all noticed that it=E2=80=99s been windy=
, which makes it much more risky for them to attempt to spray with a vehicl=
e right there. Please keep your vehicles 10 feet or more from your home so =
they can get this project finished up. And if you have an animal, please en=
sure your backyard is clean so that they don=E2=80=99t have to step in dog =
poop and get it all over their equipment and your roof. The back of your ho=
me will not get finished if they can=E2=80=99t get back there.

<br>We are in the final stretch, and I know it=E2=80=99s been a long projec=
t, but we need to continue to be considerate of their needs so they can fin=
ish the contract to our expectations.=20

<br>Lastly, if you had Fletcher Painting do any sort of repair work on your=
 home, you should have either received an emailed invoice and a phone call,=
 or you will soon. Please be prompt in taking care of payment to them. They=
 were gracious enough to take on that extra responsibility, above and beyon=
d just painting our homes.
