<br>The project manager with Fletcher Painting provided me the following re=
quest and update.

<br>They need each homeowner to remove their address numbers. I know this w=
ill come with some concerns, but we just need to make it work. The numbers =
that are currently on most of our homes are very flimsy, and they do not wa=
nt to be responsible for any that break during the removal process. Additio=
nally, I have been asked by a couple people about putting new numbers up, a=
nd there is no concern with that, however I believe at this point until we =
have our CC&R=E2=80=99s addressed or come to an agreement as a community, t=
he location of the numbers needs to stay consistent. That doesn=E2=80=99t m=
ean you can=E2=80=99t put numbers somewhere else also, but the original loc=
ation needs to continue to have numbers there for now.

<br>Monday is Memorial Day, so the painters will not be here. When they ret=
urn on Tuesday, they will continue with some of the painting on 9th Court, =
but plan to put a large focus on finishing up the trim work on 9th Circle. =
Those two areas need to have all numbers removed by Monday night.

<br>There are a lot of pieces to this project and they are doing a great jo=
b trying to balance it all. I have been told multiple times everyone has be=
en really great to work with, so again, thank you for making this project a=
 success.
