<br>I spoke with the Project Manager with Fletcher Painting this morning, a=
nd the current assumed schedule is as follows=E2=80=A6..
<br>9th Circle cul-de-sac will have the homes that selected pallets 2 and 4=
 painted first, and then the homes who selected pallets 1 and 3. They will =
then go back and do all of the 9th Circle trim all at one time, and attempt=
 to schedule access to paint the doors. They will repeat this with 9th Cour=
t cul-de-sac and work in the same pattern before moving onto the entry unit=
s of our neighborhood.

<br>They are communicating via colored notes that they are sticking to the =
door and they are changing the color of paper each time so you do not assum=
e it=E2=80=99s the same note. Please be paying attention to those.
<br>
<br>The units at the entry of our neighborhood have roughly a week or two b=
efore they will be moving down to your area, and they have not completed pr=
essure washing down there as they are waiting for either a rainy day, or cl=
oser to when they paint so that they are as clean as possible.

<br>Feel free to have patio furniture and such out until you receive commun=
ication that it needs to be moved. And if for some reason on short notice t=
hey need to begin work on your home, they will attempt to reach out to you =
or move it themselves.=20
